TARGETDIR variable on update-website.mk

Guys,

Currently, the new website update hook script gets the value of TARGETDIR (the
directory where the website is populated) from a svn property, attached to
svn://svn.linuxfromscratch.org/www (you can get this value with "svn propget
targetdir svn://svn.linuxfromscratch.org/www"). The problem with this method
is that it's somewhat complex to _edit_ this property:

svn checkout -N svn+ssh://svn.linuxfromscratch.org/www
svn propedit targetdir www/
rm -r www

What I'm suggesting is to change back to a more simple method, simply storing
the TARGETDIR directly on the hook script (currently
on /home/lizardo/scripts/update-website-hook.sh). The value of this variable
is rarely changed, anyway.

Any objections?
