Every software *will* crash some day. Be it simply because you can't
completely shield cosmic radiation or be it because of quantum
mechanics (which must be taken into account for modern computer
hardware).

Two major reasons for software crashes also can't be ruled out:
Unforseen conditions (if you want to check any possible conditions
the time our universe does exist isn't enough) and bugs in underlying
libraries (that result in unexpected behavior).
