This is generated by you Linux kernel build. Under Bus Options, enable 
Support for PCI Hotplug. This will enable another menu (i.e. Bus 
options->Support for PCI Hotplug). Select that menu and then enable SHPC 
PCI Hotplug driver. Then recompile your kernel, etc.
