q on removing source from chapter 5

Just remove every source directory directly _after_ you compiled and
installed the package; so if you're in chapter 5 and start reading the
binutils page, bash should already be removed. The only exception is the
kernel; always leave it in place and in /usr/src/linux (or make
/usr/src/linux a symlink to the proper kernel tree). Many programs
expect the kernel source tree in that directory.
