I really think not.  We don't want to chase every bug fix that is made 
upstream.  If they think it's critical, they'll make another release.

My reasoning for using a patch is when it directly affects building or 
operation of an LFS program.  In this case, fuser has a memory leak. 
Since that program just provides output and exits, it's not a big deal.
