/etc/nsswitch.cong for glibc 2.3.1 segfaults problems and sh-utils

sorry if this as been already reported.
it seems that creating /etc/nsswitch.conf in order to solve segfaults of
binaries
causes the sh-utils to be not fully installed
with this file, during make install :

WARNING  : insufficient access;not installing su
NOTE: to install su, run 'make install-root' as rootmake install

make install-root installs successfully su.
or delete the nsswitch.conf file and re-run make install solve this.

(& then recreate the file.)
