I am not sure I understand your point. Yes, //sbin is still the /sbin. And
stuff gets copied there.
I am about just symbolic links created in /usr/lib.
/usr/lib# libext2fs.so -> //lib/libext2fs.so is the same as
/usr/lib# libext2fs.so -> /lib/libext2fs.so
For not broken parsers.
