Lilo and win2000

You shouldn't need to have Lilo in your MBR for it to work.  If you just 
load it into the superblock of a primary linux partition (assuming 
you've got one - if not, it might be a little more tricky), and get it 
to run everything from there, much as you have been doing up to now...
