Its still got to be bollocks when the error is THAT much bigger than the
measurement.

It makes as much sense as saying 'the time is 22:03.21.623, plus or
minus 30,000,000 years'.

Meaningless.

Either your reading was accurate, and had a small error, or you did
something *wrong*.
