Right now. ARM CPUs run cold.

My PDA has a 400MHz PXA250 in it, uses a few milliwatts and no heatsink.

My dad has a desktop computer built around the IOP310 which is a 600MHz
XScale on a 64 bit 66MHz PCI bus. No heatsink there either.

It can be done. We dont need to bow to Intel and the like just to get a
fast CPU.
