The current test list is for sending test messages. Often people would send
test messages to lfs-dev or some list to see if things work, to test out
email programs and newsgroup readers. The test-list took over that role.

Now, the lfs-testing list is a whole different beast: if it's going to
happen, it'll be a development list that will be used to develop a
comprehensive LFS test suite to test all the installed packages. We better
come up with a better name for that list when the times arives
(lfs-testsuite sounds good).
