Yep.

But think for a second - the 333 isnt overkill really.

Assuming VIA did the right thing, the CPU may only be able to use 266MHz
of that bandwidth, but you could have a futher ~66MHz of bandwidth free
to dso things like DMA to PCI etc. at the 'same' time.

which is pretty sweet.
