Not necessarily.

if it is a problem that occurs at (say) 99% bus utilisation, it'll only
need about ~800MB/sec to cause on the 133, but a whopping ~2900MB/sec on
the 333.

its easy to use 800MB/sec. 2.9GB/sec is more of a struggle :-)
