wpa-service-0.24

[Primaux Eloi]

Hi, i sent you a 'stable' release of wpa-service,
i found lot of bugs in scripts and errors in the hint itself
when i built my new lfs.
Everything should works fine now (i've followed my own hint to install
this service on my macbook)

all scripts are now in a tarball
