Indeed. I've marked these done and removed them from the dch.

Would you also please consider removing the debian/ directory from
released tarballs of elinks? It makes it very difficult for people to
read the diff.tar.gz and maintaining it is outside debian is quite
difficult. I will raise a bug for this anyway.
