Needs Update! glib 2.12.12 to 2.18.2

Thanks for the info.  There are many, many packages that need updates as 
a result of the recent development in LFS SVN...we haven't had the time 
just yet.  Rest assured the updates are coming, but BLFS often lags far 
behind the LFS development cycle.  It would be quite helpful if everyone 
could search existing tickets and create new or update tickets in Trac 
for these updated packages.  Book patches are also very much welcomed 
and appreciated.
