where is pmount?

Following the link in BLFS 6.3 kdelibs for pmount does not take me to
where pmount is, or its buried in some other link.

Can anyone help?

The KDE libraries access other programs at run time. One additional
package that has not been mentioned already is pmount. This enables
auto-mounting of hotplugged devices at /media/[device_name] for any
user without any fstab modification. It is needed to enable the full
integration of KDE with HAL-0.5.9.1.
