It's part of the bash shell.
Just type -p

like this:
	toshy:torsten:~$ type -p bash
	/bin/bash
	toshy:torsten:~$ 
You can put an alias in your .bashrc:
	echo alias which='type -a' >> ~/.bashrc
Now:
	toshy:torsten:~$ alias which='type -p'
	toshy:torsten:~$ which bash
	/bin/bash
	toshy:torsten:~$
