Flash plugin and KDE3/Konqueror3 dont work...

I have downloaded the flash_linux.tar.gz file.

Where to copy the 2 files (*.so and *.class) ?
The INSTALL file in the archive tells something about
netscape but nothing about Konkeror.

Who made it work and how ?
