armed with a 2.4.5 kernel, I ventured to install the iproute2 package.
It doesnt come with any helpful installation instructions, so i just
tried 'make' , and here's what happened :
In file included from /usr/include/sys/socket.h:34,
../include-glibc/bits/socket.h:33: warning: redefinition of `socklen_t'
/usr/include/unistd.h:247: warning: `socklen_t' previously declared here
In file included from utils.c:26:
/usr/include/arpa/inet.h:30: parse error before `inet_addr'
/usr/include/arpa/inet.h:30: warning: data definition has no type or
/usr/include/arpa/inet.h:33: parse error before `inet_lnaof'
/usr/include/arpa/inet.h:33: warning: data definition has no type or

make: *** [utils.o] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2
make: Leaving directory `/usr/src/iproute2/lib'
I can't understand any of this. Does anyone know how to install it, so i
can practice tc?
