ALSA udev rules

While debugging a problem on IRC, we discovered that there's an apparent
bug in the ALSA udev rules in the development book. The line:
KERNEL=="controlC[0-9]*", ACTION=="add", RUN+="/usr/sbin/alsactl restore
is missing a NAME="/snd/%k".
As it stands, the controlC[0-9] devices are being created in /dev, not
in /dev/snd. This was in the book at some point and was removed.
