fcron bootscript problem

ln -sf ../init.d/fcron ../rc0.d/K08fcron &&
ln -sf ../init.d/fcron ../rc2.d/S40fcron &&
ln -sf ../init.d/fcron ../rc3.d/S40fcron &&
ln -sf ../init.d/fcron ../rc4.d/S40fcron &&
ln -sf ../init.d/fcron ../rc5.d/S40fcron &&
ln -sf ../init.d/fcron ../rc6.d/K08fcron

the way /etc/rc.d/init.d/rc is,

if you went to runlevel 1, then to runlevel 0,  it wont stop fcron,
because there is no start/stop script in rc1.
