Hello there.

As seen in this page from CVS:
http://linuxfromscratch.idge.net/blfs/view/cvs/basicnet/nfs-utils.html

the `cat > file << EOF' is actually lacking the '<< EOF' thing on both
the server and client init scripts.

Also, after I finished my LFS system I never welcomed the 'nobody' user,
and therefore the --with-statduser=somebody had to be added. I copied
the MySQL procedure for this:

groupadd rpc &&
useradd -c rpc -d /dev/null -g rpc -s /bin/false rpc

(The rpc group looks kind of useless, but still...)
