The current naming scheme is consistent: 
$(official_pkg_name)-$(version)-$(name)-$(patch_version).patch. It is 
the same for *all* packages. The new naming scheme is not consistent for 
all packages.

Also, in the above sentence, I made a typo, I meant package instead of 
project.
