 As noted at http://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/wiki/dhcp, the
 DHCP-3.0.5 tar file can now be found at
 ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp/dhcp-3.0-history/dhcp-3.0.5.tar.gz.

 On a side note, I didn't find the wiki page until after I downloaded and
 installed DHCP-3.0.7b1, which worked fine with the current patches.  It
 can be found at http://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp/dhcp-3.0.7b1.tar.gz.
