New description:

 packages errors with -j3 optimization
     gettext <=== #@!
     perl
     e2fsprog
     man

 at any states of the build process
 but the build process can continue after a simple edit of the MAKE flags.

 thank for the job
 note, this happend with 6.1 6.1.1 and 6.1.1.1........

 plus : gettext package can't be built with any optimizations even an -02
 or
 -march and more if there is an java compiler on the host the build process
 will
 fail (already reported).
